Due to the high number of received submissions, we have reworked GIG-ARTS 2019 key dates as follows in order to allow enough time for review by the Programme Committee members, while keeping a good number of reviews for each submission:

Deadline for abstract submissions: 29 October 9 November 2018
Notification to authors: 10 17 December 2018 28 February 2019
Authors registration (at least one author must register for a selected presentation to appear on the programme): From 10 December 2018 to 14 January 2019 From 20 December 2018 to 21 January 2019 From 28 February to 18 March 2019
Programme publication: 21 January 8 February 2019 25 March 2019
Online registration: From 21 January 8 February 25 March to 3 May 2019
Conference dates: 16 & 17 May 2019
