!!! Covid-19 update 2 April 2020: GIG-ARTS 2020 new dates: 14-15 September 2020 !!!

Registration can only be made online. There won’t be any on site registration. Deadline for general registration: 23 April 2020 Three weeks before conference date
Authors of accepted publications: at least one of the presenters must register as soon as you receive your notification of acceptance and in any case by 2 April 2020 Five weeks before conference date, otherwise your presentation will be withdrawn from the conference programme.

Registration fees:
- Regular participant: 100€
- Student participants: 50€ (a proof of status may be requested)
The conference fees include a participant kit with conference documents as well as coffee breaks and meals mentioned in the programme. Registration is firm, there will be no refund.
