GIG-ARTS

GIG-ARTS is an ANR project under the MRSEI programme, aiming at preparing an EC H2020 proposal on Actors, Regulations, Transactions and Strategies in Global Internet Governance. It is a pluridisciplinary project in Social sciences (Political Science, Law, Economy, Communication and Media Studies) led by Meryem Marzouki, gathering 19 partners from 13 countries.

Meryem Marzouki
Meryem Marzouki is a senior researcher in political sciences. With an initial background in Computer Science, she turned in 2002 to a multi-disciplinary research activity, dealing with relationships between ICTs, public policies and the public space. Her current research interests include Internet governance and the transformation of human rights and the rule of law in the online environment, Internet regulation and public policies, Stakeholders's role transformation in international relations.
