Registration can only be made online. There won’t be any on site registration.
Online registration is open until 25 March 2017.
Authors of accepted publications: at least one of the presenters must register by 13 January 2017, otherwise your presentation will be withdrawn from the conference programme.
Registration fees:
- Regular participant: 100€
- Student participants: 50€ (a proof of status will have to be presented at entrance)
The conference fees include a participant kit with conference documents as well as coffee breaks and meals mentioned in the programme. Registration is firm, there will be no refund.
Registration process:
When clicking on the 'Register Here' button below, you will leave the conference website to a page managed by University Pierre et Marie Curie - UPMC Sorbonne Universités, showing a registration form. Then fill in this form and proceed to payment on the 'Crédit Mutuel' bank secure website (depending on your browser, you may first get a warning that the University page is not secure: this is because it is still waiting for its security certification for this server. In this case, click on 'Avancé' and accept to proceed until you reach the bank website; make sure you have deactivated any Adblocking extension). Payment can only be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We advise you to save the proof of payment provided by the bank. The conference organizers will send you within some days your registration receipt by email (make sure you provided a valid email address).
Personal data:
Your details provided through the registration form will be kept by University Pierre et Marie Curie - UPMC Sorbonne Universités until the end of the conference and for its sole non commercial and non political purposes. Your email address will be subscribed to a mailing list, so as to send you any required information related to the event. After the end of the conference, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from this mailing list. Such processing of your data is exempted from declaration to the French data protection authority (CNIL), as provided by its Exemption N°7.
Registered participants agree that University Pierre et Marie Curie - UPMC Sorbonne Universités may use photos taken and/or videos recorded during the conference, on any media support, notably on the GIG-ARTS conference website. To oppose this authorization, please contact: events@gig-arts.eu.
Registered participants agree to have their name and affiliation included in the list of attendees that will be distributed as part of the conference participant kit. This list will not be distributed by other means. To oppose this authorization, please contact: events@gig-arts.eu.
